Home Smarten offers free UK shipping on eligible online orders. Any delivery charge, postcode restriction or unavailable delivery option is shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Orders are usually processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or UK public holidays are handled from the next business day.

Most UK deliveries arrive within 3-5 business days in total, including handling time. Delivery estimates may vary depending on product availability, courier capacity, postcode area and any address checks required.

When your order is dispatched, we will send an update by email where tracking information is available. Some products may ship separately if this helps the order arrive safely.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at info@homesmarten.online. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered dispatch.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If a parcel or product arrives damaged, email info@homesmarten.online with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item so we can review it quickly.
