Daily care
Wash ceramic pieces with warm water, mild detergent and a soft cloth or sponge. For everyday use, gentle dishwasher cycles may be suitable when the product page confirms it, but hand washing can help preserve delicate glazes and finishes for longer.
Microwave, oven and freezer use
Only use ceramic items in the microwave, oven or freezer when this is clearly stated on the product page. Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as moving a cold piece directly into high heat, as thermal shock can cause damage.
Marks and stains
Light cutlery marks can often be reduced with a small paste of baking soda and water. Rub gently with a soft cloth, rinse well and dry fully. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh cleaners, especially on matte or coloured finishes.
Flatware & Utensils
Give each piece space
Rinse food residue before washing and avoid leaving cutlery soaking for long periods. In the dishwasher, place pieces with enough space between them to reduce rubbing and water marks.
Dry after washing
Dry flatware and metal utensils soon after washing to help maintain the finish. When cleaning mixed metals or coated pieces, wash them separately and follow the product-specific care note.
Wooden Pieces
Hand wash only
Clean wooden boards, trays and accessories with a damp cloth or mild soapy water, then dry immediately. Avoid soaking, dishwashers and harsh detergents because they can dry or split natural wood.
Refresh the finish
For untreated wooden pieces, a small amount of food-grade, colourless oil can help maintain the surface. Apply only when the piece is fully dry and wipe away any excess.
Glassware
Soft rinse
Rinse glassware soon after use, especially after drinks that can stain or leave residue. For dishwasher-safe pieces, use the top rack where possible and avoid overcrowding.
Keep the sparkle
For the clearest finish, dry glassware with a lint-free cloth after washing. Avoid sudden temperature changes and check the product page before using glass items with hot liquids.
Storage & Textiles
Store clean and dry
Keep home accessories, storage pieces and textiles dry between uses. Follow care labels or product page guidance, and spot clean soft items with a gentle cloth when appropriate.
